Paul began what is now a 25 year long career in wealth management with Prudential in general practice while choosing also to specialise in advising on trusts, estate planning and capital taxes. In 1998 he was invited to join
St. James's Place and went on to become one of the organisation's youngest ever Senior Partners.

While thoroughly qualified and experienced in all areas of financial planning, Paul has continued throughout his career to work closely on advising clients in the areas of investment strategy, estate planning and management including inheritance and capital gains tax planning.

As an adviser his successes are down to his insistence on building a close working relationship of understanding with his clients who generally see him as the hub of their financial affairs. In creating SeventySeven Wealth Management Paul has assembled a team of like-minded professional advisers committed to these same principles.

Paul has worked closely with many entrepreneurs across a wide range of businesses with a concentration in property investors/professionals. Through this and considerable personal experience, he spends much of his time working with the owner directors of small and medium size businesses not least in the property universe helping them navigate the path from entrepreneur to successful financially secure business owner.

Paul is a passionate sailor, sportsman and family man who by example encourages a ‘healthy body, healthy mindset’ approach throughout the group. He also gives much of his time to developing and helping many outside of his business world working in both business angel roles and in various charitable endeavours presently both in Nepal and in the UK.
